What are the rear recovery point options on a D1?

I want to incorporate the rear hitch. What are my options?

Anyway to incorporate a dixon bate as seen on the camel discos?

Your first option is the cheapest and easiest. No need to go beyond that.

Yes you could setup a Dixon Bate with the hitch, but it will involve a little more work. Most Tractor Supply stores will have a class III plug that will "mate" up to a Dixon Bate. You might need to do a little modifying to make it fit 100%.

But the hitch plug with D shackle is surely easier and cheaper, so why bother with the Dixon Bate?
