What kind of insulation for Flip pac?

Obviously with the the tent part open, when camping, insulation might be a moot point, but as the Flip pac is going on a 1st Gen 4Runner:victory:road noise reduction will also be important.

Any ideas on what kind of insulation might work best?

Goals:
- Insulation when Flip Pac lid closed
- Sound insulation
- Not moisture absorbing
- Low weight

Most campers seem to use some sort of closed cell foam insulation? (Also see discussion here:http://www.expeditionportal.com/for...on?p=1262616&highlight=insulation#post1262616)

Make a chamber of expanding foam then cut to thickness you want... just an idea.

Thanks Silver! I was thinking some kind of foam insulation myself but was worried on how to put an even layer down - so I can install carpet or something on top of it...

That looks promising. Price seems good compared to other similar heat/sound shield elements.
