I've seen that tundra combo for sale a few times over the years. The review from trekadvisor is pretty spot on with my experience with the manufacture.

That looks like a Phoenix/coyote rv camper. Rob (offroadcamperguy) posts regularly in his thread here.

That's a Phoenix alright.....I'm pretty sure Rob posted a pic of that unit early in the Coyote RV thread as an example of flatbed options available.
