What Monty's Have The 9.5" Diff?

I tried searching, but didn't find the answer. What years models came with the 9.5" diff. I'm sure that's what my '99 has since it has the rear locker. I want to go to lower gears as pulled from the junk yard. Did any of the Sports come with them? There are Sports in the yards all the time.
