what size are square fender holes on 2nd gen???

Anyone have there flares removed and could possibly measure the square hole for me? 1/4", 3/8", 5/16 maybe?Would like to pull flares and want to grab plugs and paint first. Thanks! Ill even shoot you an emoji beer for your troubles
