What size Powertank for 39" tires?

I got the ok to pickup a powertank for my birthday present "from" my girlfriend.

What size tank or setup would be recommended for my 39" tires?

I run them at 25psi on road, and 10psi offroad.

How long could I expect the tank to last, (ie. number of fillups?)

I can fill appx 15-20 of my tires from 15 to 40 on my 10lb tank. I'm running 315's. I would guess you would get maybe 1/2 that out of a 10 pounder.
I would recommend a 20 pound tank AND a good compressor for backup.

The MV50 I have gets the job done, it just by the time I am finishing my first tire, someone has aired up all 4 of their 33s with a powertank and they are putting it all away.

Anyone know who has the best deal on a 20lb powertank setup?

They ship empty, right?

Not to change your mind...but have you thought about installing a York OBA system instead? With your 39" you're going to be getting a 10lb Powertank filled frequently! BTW I have been using a 10lb Powertank for a couple years...works great. But if I could mount a York relatively as easily as you can on your 80 I'd do it in lieu of a CO2 tank. And the York pumps out 10CFM! And you'll probably spend less overall... Just my 2 cents.

X2 on what Spressomon says... I have a 10lb powertank and love it. My father has a 5lb and a 10lb. They are faster than fast when you need to air up. However they do have drawbacks. Their cold weather performance leaves a lot to be desired. Also finding shops to fill them up is becoming a pain. When I first got mine, a fill up was $12.00. Now the shop charges $28.00 and you have to leave it. I wasn't very pleased about leaving my polished tank overnight with a fire extinguisher shop, but what else are you going to do?

I am looking at a hard mount compressor to be used along with the powertank.

p.s. If you get one, do not leave your regulator with the fill up shop.

I could also get quite a few fill ups with my 37's and my 10lb tank. Which would usually translate into me being finished a long time before everybody else and then usually filling up other guys tires to speed things up.
