Unfortunately, it's impossible to say. It's worth exactly what someone is willing to pay for it and that number is different state to state.

When I listed my 3rd gen 4Runner with nearly 200k miles at $17,500 EVERYONE (other than my friends =p) told me I was crazy. However, it sold (rather quickly) at a price very near what I was asking.

At $10k I bet it would sell in a day here in Seattle. However, I don't know where you live, or the market interest (or income level) of the area.

Looking at it I'd guess you could get $12k pretty easily. That being said, in the past when looking for a truck much like yours I paid careful attention to the interior. Was it junky, dirty, thread-bare? If so that told me those were +200k rough miles, I didn't care how meticulous you said you were if the interior told me other wise then I was gone. Nice interior, well cared for with records, I'd start at $14k and let the market work.

Good point, Scott.

When I listed my 4Runner the interior looked nearly new after a full detail and was a point a lot of potential buyers brought up. Engine bay was also spotless.

Yes, interior is in excellent shape. I've really taken care of this truck. Do you think I should run it on ebay? Thanks for the help.

There are fees associated with eBay, no?

List it here, Tacomaworld, T4R, and craigslist. If those don't work, look at eBay.

I'd start with Craigslist, forum activity will be limited based on location. I'd steer clear or eBay because of the fees but I've had good luck with Auto Trader in the past.
