Where to find a 4WD pitman arm?

I am trying to find a place that sells a 4WD pitman arm for a 2000 Ford E350. Or at least a crossover part that will work from a F250/350?

I don't need to buy a whole 4WD kit. Just need the pitman arm.

Any leads on that?
