Since its not affiliated with you, I can throw this out there. I have the same one for sale for $300. It needs a driver side window. I think he is awful high on price!

Unloading it caused the drivers side window to break but other than that I think its in good condition. A few spots in the hinge area of the tent poles have rubbed a small hole in the canvas but its repairable.. Really don't know much about it which is why I'm sellin it for half price I guess.. Located in Disney, OK
