Will 5th Gen 4Runner TRD Wheel Center Caps fit 2016 Trail Wheels?

Do your 16' wheels use the metal ring-type retained for the OEM center caps? I have a set of the TRD ones and they use a small metal ring to apply pressure to secure the wheel. I would think they should fit but I'm betting if your 16' wheels use the same securing method, the TRD ones should work?

The standard wheels are 17", but I'm thinking of plasti dipping the standard trail wheels, but swapping out the center caps with trd pro ones. I haven't yet taken them off, just wondering if anyone else had any feedback on this..

Sorry I may have been confusing when I said 16' wheels. I meant 2016 wheels not 16" wheels. haha I'd just pop off the center cap and have a look. I can take a photo of the back of my TRD Pro center caps and get a diameter measurement if you need also to compare.
