Nice video guys, definitely captures the spirit of Winter Romp. 2 questions: you mentioned the tires on the LR3 probably weren't the right ones, what tires would you have chosen that you think would have been better in those conditions? Also, could you have run chains with those 32's ? If not, would you be better off dropping to 31's with chains?

Thank you

The Trail Grappler is made with mileage in mind and they make the rubber harder then a true mud tire like the Mud Grappler. The harder compound does not work well in the cold. If you look the P38 has a much better time with the conditions using the Mud Grapplers.

Chains would have helped but If you notice Sam in his LR3 had them and he was also having issues.

Honestly not trying to rub this in, but do you know if Sam had his DSC on/off and what terrain response settings he used?

I don't know about DSC but for the most part he was in Rock mode. He did not want to much wheel spin and lose a chain.
