I figured this thread was as good as any to introduce myself and my truck. I've been reading here for quite awhile, and recently made an account. This seems like a great online community, and I'm excited to be a part of it.
My truck, affectionately known as "Herb", is a 1994 F-150 XLT. It's powered by a 5.0L V8 backed by a M5OD manual trans. It rides on a 4" Rough Country lift kit and 33" BFG AT's. I've owned the truck for a little better than 2 years now, and have put just over 20k miles on it. I wish I was able to upgrade and modify the truck more to my liking in the time that I've owned it, but the majority of the time and money spent on it has been on maintenance and correcting stupid things the PO did. Although the truck has had it's share of issues, it's been one of the most reliable vehicles I've ever owned. Which is more than I can say for the the Land Rover and Jeeps I've owned in the past. It's also almost completely rust free, which is a nice bonus living in Northern WI. The tricky part is keeping it that way...
I'll update this thread as I continue to fix, modify and explore with Herb.
