WK Expedition daily driver build

I have been around this forum for awhile but haven't really had a true expo rig. For the last two years I have been using my 2004 Ram 2500 as our expo rig. It was just too big, and too expensive to operate. In the two years of owning it I dropped over $6,000 into just repairs alone. It was sold about three months ago. I currently have a rock crawler Jeep/buggy project and have been searching for a new family daily driver and a platform to build a cheaper expo rig.

I found this 2005 Limited. It has a HD OME 3" lift and 18" JK wheels and tires. I will be picking it up Sunday.

Wishlist:

Roofrack
Skid plates
Rock rails
Winch
In-dash navigation
Aux Lighting
More aggressive all terrain tires
Engine/transmission tuner
Air compressor

Here is the L-TJ project.

...and the old Ram the WK is replacing.

Built, not bought!
Congrats on the new project. The wk is the best of both worlds. Great daily driver and very capable off road. I absolutely love mine!! Aftermarket is getting better too. Enjoy the new rig. Looking forward to seeing its adventures!

Just ordered a roof rack and some LED lighting to mount on it. Also ordered some switches but they are on back order.

Rolled her out to get the garage cleaned up.

I also installed the roof rack on the WK. Going to get some LED lights on it as soon as they show up.
