Worst Mods You've Done

So what's the worst mods you've ever done to your vehicle?
Could be helpful to know what to avoid in the future, as I'm starting to build up my 85Runner (although extremely slowly).

On my old 87 it was tearing out the A/C and making it into on board air that never got used, in the middle of summer (only reason to be happy it was stolen).
Or the camper shell with no front window, in November
