WTB: AT Flippac

Hey all!

I was finally able to check out a flippac in person a few months ago and I must say I'm hooked. I have a Gen2 DCLB Tacoma and have been keeping my eyes open on expo, Craigslist, Tacoma world, you name it. I am a bit of an obsessive researcher! I know one will not come easy used, and they are very few and far between, but I am patient. Now that AT has released their new Tacoma habitat that is also a serious contender but we'll have to see where pricing falls on the 1st.

Anyway I thought it would not hurt to throw this out there and I'll be keeping my ear to the ground in the mean time.

Thanks

-Eazy

FlipPac for sale (almost)

SOLD Thanks everyone for your interest.

Hello,

I am going to list my AT flippac on craigslist as well as other outlets like expo, facebook etc. But I haven't really got around to it yet (busy guy at the moment). But I just saw your post and figured I would let you know. Mine is for a short bed FYI so I don't know if that would work for you or not.

FlipPac For Sale.

AT adventure trailers FlipPac for Gen. 2 (2004-2015) Toyota Tacoma 5 ft bed. I am selling my decked out FipPac from Adventure Trailers. It was installed in 2010 and is in great condition. It has many upgrades from a standard FlipPac. The list of upgrades is as follows:
• Flip down slider window
• Mag Grey color match
• Slo rain fly
• (3) dual color led interior lights (red and white on each)
• (4) individually fused 12v outlets
• (1) fused dual USB port (1 amp per USB) so it charges all Iphones etc.
• Birdwawg industry Legs and machined hood fasteners that do not break like the standard ones.
• Exterior awning extrusion to attach the Nemo awning in seconds with a custom zipper.
• Exterior brake light
• Pre-installed solar port for exterior solar panel
• Upgraded Nemo insulated air and foam Matress for two people with a washable cover (also still have the stock foam one).

I am obviously biased but I believe it is one of the nicest FlipPacs in the country and is so easy to make quick overnights to long multiweek expeditions more accessible.

The only minor blemishes are a couple of micro holes in the mesh window and a tiny one in the tent (both can be repaired really inexpensively I would imagine) but the rain fly is in mint condition and it stays dry as a bone. I have about $7,000 wrapped up in it and I am asking $4,000 obo. This price includes Nemo mattresses and another 12v low amp draw led light. Install is easy as the shell was professionally wired with a quick connect. Also, since I live about 10 minutes from Adventure Trailers they said that we could drive it down there and they would help install it on a new truck. Let me know if you are interested PM me and I can send you some pictures.

That's a heck of a deal on the one in Prescott. AT had someone that painted the Flippacs in town and the cost a few years ago was about $500.
