WTB: Freespirit 270 Awning and Room (Denver, CO)

I know this is a long shot but I am looking to purchase the FSR 270 degree awning as well as the room attachment.
I am located in Denver, local would be ideal. Looking to gear up for the summer.
Hoping to pay a resonable price, looking to pay roughly $1000 give or take, happy to work something out.
