WTB: Hard Shell RTT

I know this is a long shot but I’m looking for a hard shelled RTT for under $1000. Very willing to work with condition it’s in. Can do fiberglass or fabric work daily easy. Located in WA for a month and then moving to south Texas. So anywhere in between location wise is doable.
