WTB: warn 8274 parts

Observer
My recently acquired 8274 was the victim of a serious lack of maintanance. Among other things, the mounting bolts became one with the mounts. I've tried drilling them out but have only managed to wallow out the holes in the aluminum as well. So it appears I'll need a new End support and lower assembly.

Before I throw down money on new shiny parts for an otherwise old winch, does anyone have either of these parts sitting in the back corner of their garage?

Many thanks

Man... you sure you cant fix it? Maybe pay a machine shop or someone to fix it up? It cant be that bad... Im not sure how much those parts would end up costing, but I would think it may be cheaper to fix what you have? Got pics of the issues? I have rebuilt a couple of them myself, and they are pretty stout. I also happen to have a small machine shop. Let me know if I can help get it straight.

+1

The 8274 is a GREAT winch, but if you have to buy parts from Warn they are expensive. Thankfully, they are quite simple and easy to work on. Good luck getting the mounting bolts out.
