condition: like new
Generic brand roof top tent, likely the same manufacturing source as the Autohome Air Top (size small). Gas strut opening. Comes with vestibule / changing room and extending ladder ($600 option from autohome). I have not set it up before, so all the parts are in the bag still (tent, poles, stakes).
mounts in 3 mins to your existing cross bars - no need for a "heavy duty" roof rack.
i have used the tent five nights - four in zion and one in yosemite. The tent has lived on my roof rack for about 3 months, otherwise it has been in my garage.
i am selling because i don't like how it feels on the roof during off road trails, it is consuming all my roof rack storage space, and i don't have an easy way to get it on and off. All of these problems are the result of my jeep being a 2dr, anything with a larger roof and longer wheelbase would be totally fine.
Exterior: 51″ x 83″ x 12″
Mattress: 48″ x 80″ x 3.2″
Height: 36″ (Mattress to ceiling-tallest)
Weight: 119 lbs.
