XJ90 Thoughts on order of build_Poor mans 4 door wrangler

Just bought a 1990 XJ that has been left alone. This is to be a weekend warrior for my family of 5. My intention is to have it built not bought. My dad put a hammer in my hand not a wrench yet I'm comfortable tackling pretty much anything as it's not my DD. I'm not in a huge hurry as it's the journey not the destination. I have 2 boys age 7 and 4. They tinker with me as much as possible. We just got done building an "adventure trailer" together. Living in Michigan we have a lot of fun places to explore for long weekends. This Jeep is all about making memories and being able to jump in and go spur of the moment for a camping weekend.

Here is what I'm thinking for the build.

4.5 inch lift- Most likely long arm as the ride is important to me. Rubicon Express seems to keep coming up in research. Open to discussion.
Rubicon tires and rims from a JK knowing I'll need adapters. Like the look and the idea of getting a "deal"
Homemade Bumpers most likely JCR DIY. (Open to doing them from scratch if people have build threads to lead me to)
Ragtop sunroof knowing I'll be caging it.
Removeable doors
Lockers Like to hear thoughts on cable vs air for a DIY'er
Gears (thinking with 32x1150's I should be good)
Sliders and under armor.
Mostaliner the exterior.
Pull out drawer system in the back.

I have already built an adventure trailer.

So here's my question. I'm living in a condo and building my forever home in the spring late summer. Of which I plan on installing a lift and having a heated garage. Currently I'm traveling a lot and it's about to hit winter in Michigan. The Jeep is therapy for me. Pretty sure this is number 20 for me. Yes my name is Hank and I have a Jeep addiction. In what order would you guys attack the above list. I've budgeted in my mind about 10K for my build. Funds aren't a priority until my new home is done. Once that is done then my budget is really unlimited. Love to hear your thoughts on what order you guys would tackle. My initial thought was to start with Monstalinering it. This would allow me to "tinker" with it and start making it my own without really tearing in. Also thought of doing the drawers this winter. Once these are done the bumpers seem the next logical step. Holding off on the lift until I have the lift in the garage.

Appreciate any input. Any thoughts on order of projects and if I'm missing anything. Thanks in advance.

Hank
