Well, Michelle and I decided to get into the trees and go see some wildlife this weekend. We made the < 2 hr trip to West Yellowstone, camped there, and made the trip into the park each day.
Traffic was not as bad as we have seen in the summer months, but Saturday was a little congested.
We saw more animals on this trip than we have seen on others. We were able to set eyes on:
Elk
Deer
Bighorn Sheep
Grizzly
Black Bear
Marmot
Tatonka mmmmm...buffalo meat
Of course we did the usual visit to Old Faithful, but this trip we took more of the side roads. Firehole Canyon has to be my new favorite!

The weather was VERY nice, except for Sunday when it rained off and on.
