That link works for me. In any case, it was a sale ad for an used 2001 Hilux Tiger with the 3.0D EFI engine.

Yes, RHDrive. We drive on the left and steer on the right here in Indonesia. The truck, however, is 4WD...Btw, the Hilux is not sold here except for a a single-cab, petrol engine 2WD model. Rather strange that Toyota leaves this niche in the market all to Mitsubishi (and the recently introduced Nissan Navara).
