Short trip to BC

Thought I'd share some pic's of a short trip I took delivering Thomas the train from Chattanooga,TN to Squamish,BC. I had a couple days of free time to kill before getting unloaded as it was a canadian holiday weekend when I arrived. I used my time wisely and did alot of hiking along a nearby river and toured the railway meuseum. The scenery around the area was great. This area is definately on my list of future places to return to.

Great area. I was just out there visiting my girlfriend in North Vancouver last week. Is Thomas a function engine of steel construction ? Any issues getting him across the border without his own passport ? LOL

Just a hollow 30k lb steel shell that makes noise and steam. Border crossing was the fastest I've ever crossed,Guess they liked it.

If you like that area then you should jump on the ferry to vancouver island. Only a 2hr ferry ride and the scenery is great.
