M416 w/ SOA and matching 35s too much for a JK with 3.5" Lift and 35s?

My build thread is below but as I look through other builds on here, it seems that the common theme is that people say 35s with the SOA is too high up for their tow vehicle.

I have a Jeep Wrangler JK 4-Door on 3.5" of lift and 35x12.5 tires. I was planning on doing the SOA conversion to my M416 in my build thread and mounting matching tires so I only have to carry one spare. But, is the trailer going to be too high up?? I keep seeing people using 31s or 33s on their trailer even when their tow vehicle is on 35s.

Does anyone have any pictures or any input on this? Am I going the wrong direction by trying to match my 35s?

Well, that looks just fine. Maybe I was just being paranoid after seeing so many builds with the statement "35s were too high so went with a smaller tire."

Thanks Mark.

I don't have a pic of a JK with my trailer but my 416 trailer axle is flipped and running matching 35" KM2's. Lots more pics in my build thread.

In my opinion you are not going in the wrong direction. I have a 3.5" lift and 35s with matching trailer rims/tires. Although, not exactly your trailer they are built to similar dimensions. Yes, the trailer is tall for most vics even my F350 but all can be taken care of with the proper hitch set-up. I have a 4" drop hitch turned up to give whatever rise and it sits level least till I load up the jeep with gear or people. The jeeps 1/4 ton soft rear springs are sensitive to weight, good for off-road and not good for hauling. IMO it is good to keep the hitch and tongue as high as feasible to help with off-road clearances.
