LandRover Air Suspension failure class action lawsuit

I don't see how this gains traction, EAS systems fail after warranty regardless of the vehicle brand. I don't know of one person who has had an EAS failure in a newer Rover. I know of lots who have had issues with their Audi's and GM's though. Then again, in a society where there is no personal responsibility of course we want to blame someone else whenever something goes wrong!

So does Audi's

Ambulance chasing lawyers

I just bought a RR sport TDV6, it has a full service history,,its from 2005 so 9 years old and no suspension issues listed in any documents

is it a worry, yes, its another electrically controlled system and filled with air, rather than a steel spring

now could they have used a half height steel spring and the other half an air system for the adjustable height, yep probably , that would get you at least home without being on the bump stops

I'm yet to put together my get me home 6mm hose and schrader valve kit !

mean while the ride is nice, and when it drops to lower the height to get me in is cool, my 10 year old dog likes the access height too !

Ridiculous. It'll never go through.

Many makes have air suspension with issues and the L322 actually has a pretty advanced system with much less failure than the P38s.

They should really have had a recall for the "Three Amigos" problem, though. Any fault with a nickname, that happens so consistently inside warranty, affecting a crucial system like brakes, they should have dealt with.

I ran my L322 hard for 80k without a single EAS failure, if a strut did fail I'd be happy to buy a new one. Man do I miss that ride.

The only class action suit in the Land Rover fold I could buy into is the spontaneous combustion of waaay too many Defenders. However, IF maintained per the schedule, even those could have been mitigated...
