Hi there, I'm sorry to just pick you out at random but I'm new to this site and I have some questions that I wonder if you could answer for me or direct me to someone who can. How does one get started in overlanding? Is it necessary to have a group when going to places like East Africa or is it okay to go solo? I'm young still and I would like to know how I can financially prepare myself for this and also how to make connections if I need them.
