I bought a rack it lumber rack the other day and make the front of it into a roof rack because I need the extra storage and plan to be taking some longer trips in the next year or so. I am not really sure I like how far the front sticks out and am thinking about shortening it so that it lines up...

its a dana 60 front and a disk braked 10.25 rear

Took about 16 inches out of the bed. I had to move the tank forward and move the gas filler hole. And ya its a dana 60 with a 3 link and panhard bar

Just finished the 3 link and coilover install last summer. It uses up every inch of those shocks.

Here are a couple of my 1989 f-150. It is more built for wheeling than long expeditions but I do daily drive it and have taken it on 400+ mile trips and done lots of camping in it. I plan to add some stuff to it this summer to make it more expedition ready.
