Doesn't really help with composite head light set up. Not planning on going to a sealed light housing, so not really an option for me. Wouldn't mind seeing a installed pic though.

This particular bumper is for a Jeep TJ (older body style) I believe 1996-2006.

I went with a 22" CREE LED Bar and 4 -4" CREE LED fogs. They had good reviews on amazon and for the price they seem to be very well made. I purchased 6 of the 4" fogs(4 up front and 2 for reverse) for $115 and the 22" light bar for $93. Ebay links...

I am currently in the process of adding LED fogs and eventually an LED bar across the middle. The fogs will fill the gaps on the sides and give it a more finished look along with providing additional lighting. The fog lights are staggered.

Just for reference, a Jeep JK width from outside fender to outside fender is about 72", which would be right about the same width of an E350.
