I would highly recommend some cut and turned beams, much better for going fast. I'd only go coilovers if you have reached the limits of your shocks. Amazing what these do with some coils, radius arms and tuned shocks.

They have a very specific purpose, go fast. Solid axles will always be tougher, but you just cant beat 19" of wheel travel to smooth out a road at speed. :)
