Thank you! We’re rebuilding but it’s been a slow process for sure. We decided to take the opportunity to change things with the house and it slowed everything way down. Some people that are rebuilding exactly why they had before are almost done building and we haven’t broken ground yet.

A little update for the pig. Unfortunately the king 2.0’s started to go. The valving was honestly too light for this truck off-road. Don Thuren has been great with everything I’ve purchased from him so far. About 6 weeks ago I placed an order for King 2.5’s with Don’s stage 3 valving. I have...

I wish there was something like the arb kits for the Jeep JK’s that mount it in the engine bay. There’s a bit of room between the firewall and the battery on the drivers side that may work to mount it vertically.

Here’s a question for anybody with experience. What’re you guys doing for on board air? I’d like to use the arb compressor but I haven’t found a good mounting solution yet.

Thank you. I think they are. It’s not drastic but the light is much more controlled.

And because I haven’t posted it up yet, here’s a couple of how the truck looks now including some cosmetic changes I’ve made so far like the oem sport projector headlights, black emblems, and the soft topper shell.

We were way more fortunate than most. All we lost was stuff and we have good insurance. Here’s a video of that night . Back to the truck. Interior wise I wanted to make sure it stayed clean, functional, and uncluttered. I started with a ram mount and dock for an iPad. This made it so I wouldn’t...

Unfortunately as life happens, we bought our first house just before I got the truck. A few months later we lost the house in the Tubbs Fire in Sonoma County. This brought a whole new appreciation to having the truck. I work for a public safety department and basically lived out of the truck for...

The Jeep is gone and has been replaced with something a little more practical. A 2017 Ram 2500 Cummins manual. I bought the truck thinking I was going to keep it relatively stock. I liked the steel wheels and the utilitarian look with no chrome. As these things go that plan quickly and...

I completed this upgrade a few weeks ago. OEM sport projector headlights. I honestly didn’t have too many complaints with the original headlights but I prefer the more controlled beam of the projectors. I decided against adding HID’s or LED’a for reliability.

To be honest it isn’t great. The power is fine but the clutch and flywheel setup they use in these trucks suck. I like driving a manual and it’s not the end of the world. Drive one and get a feel for it. I put a little over 19k miles on my truck in the year I’ve had it and if I had to do it...

I did a little cosmetic work the other day and removed all the chrome emblems on the truck. The fender emblems were replaced with oem black Cummins emblems.
