Any codes? Mine did something similar and turned out to the crank position sensor. Not too hard to get to and the part is cheap. May be worth a try before you dig too deep.

You can do part of the programing with the AEV Pro Cal, but you have to take it to the dealer to make the changes "take". My buddy has a 2016 prospector with 37s and stock 4.10s. I won't say you can't tell, but it certainly doesn't feel sluggish, and he tows in the 7.5-8k pound range...

It’s an auto. The radiator has been replaced with a koyorad, and it has never had smod. Shifts just as it should.
