Subaru junky here that currently has a 2023 Outback Wilderness. Our first Subaru was a 2017 Outback and we've had a 2020 Ascent, 2020 WRX, 2001 Outback, and a 2023 Legacy in between. The Legacy and my OBW are the current garage occupants. We live in MN so the worst my Outback ever sees is rough...
The Axis Sportwagon has caught my attention for it's ability to seat and sleep 4. I don't really want/need all the RV features so I'm been lusting over this thing badly. I look at it as a better, more comfortable way to travel, and can be used as essentially a hard sided tent if we really do...

I want something similar to their Up & Out House but I want a north/south king sized bed that can be...
Thanks! The Yakima rack and a cover are on the list for the truck when it shows up. I just haven't committed to the retractable covers due to the space they take up in the bed. We had a 2017 Outback and then added a 2001 5 speed Outback to the garage. Once the kids got bigger we traded the 17...
I've been looking at the Yakima OverHaul HD rack mounted on T slots like this. I know the load rating goes down but does it feel anymore flimsy being mounted in the slots versus direct mounted to the bed? I guess I'm nervous because the rails/slots mount to the bed with clamps and then the...
