OK after exhaustive search I have come to the conclusion this vehicle odes not meet my stress test, parts availability it far to spotty for my plans. would make a great project for someone with greater resources than I. Soooo I am selling my truck... any one looking to do an engine swap project...

Thanks Off-Roader! I just checked on there they have alot of cores, if I can find the right price I may give it a run and have it rebuilt locally.

I have been checking there pretty regularly it seems I can find one manifold side or another but never a set... I am keeping at it. I have found a few motors on there but all have weak or questionable warranties. still on the hunt. it seems the parts selection is thinning out on ebay these days...

I agree, many engineers much smarter than I designed this far better than I could ever modify so the goal is to do minor renovations and or upgrades that would have most benefit with minimal change to stock performance. not a rock crawler or mud bogger a pure all around get up and go on/off road...
