Through his images and writing, Chris believes in crafting stories worth reading. He has published hundreds of articles and thousands of images in dozens of magazines on six continents. His assignments have led him to the Australian Outback and Moroccan Sahara, and into the jungles of Venezuela and across the Kalahari Desert. Recent adventures were crossing Antarctica with the Expedtions 7 team and exploring Kenya’s hinterland in a 1973 Range Rover Classic. His work has been featured in National Geographic Adventure, Cigar Aficionado, Autoweek, Automobile, Car & Drive, Four Wheeler, Hot Rod, and dozens of other U.S. publications. He the editor-in-chief of Overland Journal, and a foreign corresponded for magazines in Russia, Spain, South Africa, Australia, Malaysia, the UK, and Czechoslovakia. His comfort zone, and the place where he does his best work, is on the path less traveled.
