Haven't been on here much the past few days. I finished the rack up in Saturday. I think it turned out good! When I mounted I put 4x4" squares of 1/4" rubber under the flat plate so it won't tear up my topper. I painted the rack with duplicolor truck bed coating so I can throw the kayaks on it...

Made some progress tonight. Got both of the long rails welded together. Going to get the crossbars on tomorrow

When I go to mount it I am going to just heat up the flat plate with a torch and bend it to where it will sit flat on the roof.
