    How to fix my Maggiolina?

FWIW - the repair for the lifting mechanism on a Maggiolina is tool/time intensive but not difficult. Current tents we have ordered the entire lift mechanism for people doing repairs as they only require hand tools and a couple support rods. For future searches here are the basic steps to...

    Rooftop tent question

There is only one professional grade hardshell RTT on the market that can live on your vehicle year after year - there are many Autohome tents still in use that are older than every other tent company in the business... I have an 18 year old Airtop with 500+ nights on it that is still ready to...

Better RTT for extended use and possible International travel?

There is only one professional grade hardshell RTT on the market - there are Autohome tents still in use that are older than every other tent company in the business... Finding a used or NOS tent that works for you is the most cost effective way to get one - we know that most people don't need...

What’s the latest on the best RTT?

If you use the tent year round and want one that will outlast the truck - Autohome Maggiolina or Columbus models... Biased answer but Ive been in and looked hard at most all the tents on the market and 99% of them are a cheaply built copy of the Autohome tents.

Post pictures of your Land Rover.

Only because you can't see the rot and rust in the first photo… The patina on the body was sublime - the chassis however was swiss cheese, and the doors were little more than powdered metal.

Smitten by Land Rover, Heart says yes Brain...ehhhhh

Buy and register a MY-2000 TD5 Defender in Canada - NAFTA lets you keep it in the USA as long as registration is current in Canada. Cost for a 90 should be around $20k to $24K CAD - a 110 will be a bit more but less than $30 CAD Maintenance and repairs are easy - parts are expensive for what...
