It’s A Bad Thing (?) To Allow Scout Motors’ to sell cars directly to customers !

You should see what Audi charges for the $10 cabin filter and $3 coolant drip canister every 20k miles on their e-trons. Justified by "all the EV computer diagnostic tests" only they can do. The problem is people actually PAY it.

    Maybe New LR4 Owner??

I "family" my LR3 with almost 200k miles. It is a genuine Swiss Army knife. It is our Daily Driver, Off Roader, Trailer Puller, Load Carrier, Kid Hauler. Haven't spent more than $750 over the past 2yr/30k miles on my own maintenance/repairs. I know it's not an LR4, but it shares many...

    Better sleeping pads and mats?

Agreed that an air mattress with foam inside is the winner. You can spend a lot less than the ExPed. I got a 3" amazon one for less than $100 and it has held up great. Def bulkier when rolled than other options, but the comfort is worth it if you have the gear space.

    LR3 Questions

Best vehicle purchase I have ever made. I do all my own service/repairs. LR specific forums are a wealth of pre-purchase info, post-purchase how-to, and "been there fixed that". Besides the info above, buy one from a DRY CLIMATE. I truly believe un-addressed water leaks, and rust/rot are the...
