General question - are you planning on parting the whole thing out and returning to stock?
Would you consider working something out for the Carli suspension and my Tremor package parts?
11-16 can fit a full size 37” spare in factory location, but 17+ cannot without the Carli hitch.
I think the rest of your questions can be answered by Carli or CJC Offroad

Man that last LSSV looks good. I go back and forth between do I want a drop down lift again or not, and I usually settle on no but that one just looks right haha.
good call on the kryptonite hubs. It’ll be fun to live through you for a little while I continue to slowly gather parts for my LB7...
Oh I look at Craigslist daily, this will be fun. Here’s a recent one I can’t help but chuckle at...
a wrecked Duramax with salvage title, that still needs to be repaired... for $15,500 firm.

Those LSSV’s are sweet, I’ve always wondered what was actually done to them to beef up the suspension. I think their description leads to higher expectations than what it actually has.
Awesome! We have similar tastes. I'm planning on the 704's with 35's and no lift on my 04
I'm reminded of my 06 ECSB with a shell on it as well, that was one of the best trucks I've ever owned.
Looks like a great start. Have you considered the weld in brace and Dmax stores idler pivot? I...
Oh jeez, it's love at first sight.
I think I recall the first few pages of your thread (or is this on Pirate too?), but I just skipped to the last page and now I need to do a deep dive on the thread. This is a similar truck to my dreams
Edit: just made it through at least all the...
If you figure out how to do it without big bucks, let me know
I had an 02 Duramax, and an 02 2500 Burb at the same time and kept considering combining them, but the Burb was such a lemon I was just ready to get rid of it every other month. Now that it's gone, I'm glad that specific one...
Just curious, and thanks for the info. I've sold off my 2500 Burb, but I may get another one in the future if it's an 8.1 or I swap a Duramax in.
I just figured for all the effort of swapping, why not start with the axles and front diff you want, as well as get a beefier transmission to go...
Well done Duraburbs can fetch a pretty penny, but of course then you’re waiting for the right buyer. I suppose you’d be waiting for the right buyer for a SAS Burb anyways though.
so you have a rolled and legless LLY still? How much would you sell that thing for if you don’t do Duraburb?
Sorry if I missed it in the thread, I haven't read the whole thing.
Any reason after 3 burbs you still start with a 1500 and not a 2500, since you're swapping the running gear over and all?
These rock sliders would compliment the build nicely - https://www.randyellisdesign.com/store/p39/Ford_Superduty_Rock_Sliders_Body_Armor_%23ROCK2005.html
Pretty slick truck, one day I'd love to build something similar when the budget allows!
Curious, what package did you get that gave you column shift with the center console?
I’ve looked at a lot of 11+ 5.0s and most if not all of the center consoles have the console shift unfortunately.
curious if you can expand on what makes the PW so much better? I don’t own either, I’ve only driven that year SD’s. Is it mainly due to the optioning of the PW? Or would you be saying the same thing about similarly equipped trucks?
Both are sweet lookin!
