Somewhere, I think I heard of a kit to change the hinges on the lid of an Engel freezer fridge. The change made the lid hinge on the long side, instead of on the short, back side. Or in other words a way to have the lid open towards the side instead of towards the rear. Any ideas out there?

Who knows if a '03 double cab TRD could handle about 600 lbs worth of slide in camper, nothing over the cab, but long enough to hang out on the tailgate, maybe a couple inches over the tailgate...... Factory everything else though, truck is stock except for some replaced rear shocks.

pics of the new project This is the plan, sort of. Take my existing '07 tundra and build it similar to the exp one, but utilize my leer topper and allow for the rear swing outs to work with my slide in too. Aluminess bumper for the rear though (dual swing arms), roof top tent on topper, etc...

Well, someone else among us bought my 60....i miss it and he bought a great cruiser. next to come is an expeditionary type build on a '07 tundra crewmax, thinking on using a slide in pop-up. pics to come.....

tiger? why a tiger? for a slight increase there are other options that seriously make more bang for buck in the long run and resale wise. I think tiger is an option but not the best. I can give good input if u want as a private message if requested.

Cruiser It is factory 4 sp (manual) with an adiitional overdrive /gear splitter. Just google a Ranger torque splitter (sold by advanced adapters) and you can read up on the overdrive unit its self. It has about 256k on the odometer but all but trans and transfer case are rebuilt. Grey...
