Since our van started life as a passenger model we have the plastic trim on the doors that needs to be slightly trimmed to allow the brackets to fit.

Using a scrap piece of aluminum to fabricate a mounting bracket.
Adding a rubber bumper to keep tension on the assembly so it won't move or vibrate once mounted.

First up is to swap out the DC/DC charger. I've been running a Redarc 25A DC/DC charger since I installed the system. While the charger has always worked great the lack of programmability bothers me as I can't tweak settings for the best battery care...
