for exmaple, what would "free arch from stock spring" mean.. they say it is 4 3/4".. does that mean 4 3/4 inches higher or total? "Free Arch Measurement 4 3/4 inches from stock spring"...

i was looking at that idea but i have limited access to leaf springs and i cant figure out how much lift i will achieve if ordering online. Any advice on what to look for? I have a slipper spring and the trailer is from the 80's.. hopefully they still use the same leaf spring dimensions haha

Hey guys, i have a small utility trailer which will be carrying very light loads, maybe 1-200 pounds in. It has what i believe would be a 1000# axle. The axle and leaf springs are 1.75" and the rims are 4 bolt. I am going to step up to some slightly larger wheels (current rims measure 9" across)...
