Run a cam strap from the bottom rung of your ladder and secure to a wheel on your vehicle or trailer....avoids a kickout. Or just a couple of heavy tent stakes on each side of the bottom rung will do.

300 lbs....but packs small! Nice review on YouTube....super easy setup. Maybe they will max a Max version like the Helinox cots
Fuji xt-2 a couple of primes and a zoom. Swapped my from my Canon 5D3/70-200/24-70 setup and do not miss lugging it around. Find myself shooting a lot more with a light, compact setup.
Had a F-30 that was 3mx3m and it was plenty big for myself and two teenage boys...so much room I wish we had the F-25 instead just because it was a beast of a tent to pack. Two people, I would definitely go the F-25 and just opt for side panels if more room is needed...that way you can scale it...
using a Mezzo loft bag also but with an Exped Megamat....tight fit but it works and is a super nice setup. Bummer that it is 78" long for your application.
Looks like a OzTrail tent. AUS company but many knockoffs on Alibaba. Found this US company selling: https://www.kakaducamping.com/collections/camper-trailer-tents
Also look at 3Dog tents and call CVT....they used to have a version shown on their website...may still have one.
How about using a thicker strip of aluminum on the inside, drill through it and the secure with U bolts...that way you are distributing the load across the strip versus a nut/washer against the skin. Could even add some rubber grommets that mash/seal when you mount it.
Any follow up? Pics of the flaw? Quality of the screenhouse?
Does it have solid panels inside that zip up? Rainfly?
This would be a nice add-on over the rear hatch of my SUV for cooking with an extra door to enter.
IMO, megamats don't cram well...had a 52" I tried to use in my Big Agnes 50" wide bag and it just did not want to have the edges flipped up. Also tried a 30" in my sleeping spot...same deal, just too tight and it somewhat compressed the internals where it did not feel right.
