Has anyone experienced leaks in the skylight? Mine drips in heavy rain .. from the grille at the corner of the skylight ... by the on/off switch... I've been up on the roof to inspect... tried pouring on some self-levelling goop I got off amazon ... the drip moved from one corner of the vent to...
you'll want a charger that is able to charge lithium batteries that have been fully drained to 0v .. (a lot of chargers won't charge at all at such low detected volts) ... the litime charger seems to work well in this situation....
So I finally overcame the fear and drilled a hole in the side of my Dweller ... no issues at all ... the white sides are a sandwich of plastic/foil and mostly blue insulation foam. Made a pilot hole first then used a 1 inch hole-saw bit... easy! (Well I guess that's my Warranty gone - lol)...
Yeah, my favorite upgrade from ROA ... the beefy stabilizers :
and popped the top down .. for lower profile/less noise...
unhitched...
it was a wild night!

So if anyone is curious as to how a Dweller holds up in strong wind.... last night out here in Owens Valley, we had some serious fun ... no sleep at all ... thought my trailer was about to take off 'Wizard of Oz' style ... but thankfully no ... Next morning spotted some evidence ... the huge...
ok well after several hours of heating up the trailer with a buddy heater... they sprang back to life... and are charging again ... phew!
Seems like I need to devise a system to keep that battery compartment warm on the cold nights.... any ideas?
So last night we had a snow storm .. and temps dipped. This morning I see that my lithium batteries are dead (they were at 50% capacity the night before). So the trailer is stone cold .. can't even run the Truma. Tried running the litime charger to bring them back to life but that flashes red...
it's actually possible to run them down so low that they start beeping and there's not even enough volts for the renogy inverter/charger to come on, so for these situations, I have the litime 14.6v 20a charger permanently attached to the first battery, so i can quickly plug that into my propane...
