Knowing nothing about your jeep, weight, usage, items you've added on etc... I'd say a 1" suspension lift isn't worth it mainly because its much easier to do a 1" body lift, and cheaper. Also as you add accessories/gear if its a nice riding spring, it will most likely sag under load, basically...
