Subscribing and anxious for updates. I'm throwing some decent $ at my "YJ" based Jeep lately. I'd love to be able to drive it more than 2-3 hours on the highway, wheel it for a day or two and then drive it home. (TBI 350/700r4/D300 14 bolt/D60, etc)

That's a good question. I don't know the answer. I'll run up to our shell dealer guy and see if he has some weatherstripping stuff to attach to the bottom.

There's probably a thread around somewhere but I haven't found it. My shell leaks a little in heavy rain. Just around the mating surface between the bed/topper. Still have the weatherstrip and such there. What are people doing to make things a little more water resistant?
