You could just contact Earthcruiser directly. They have the answers to all these questions and more. They are located in Bend, Oregon. I toured their facility and a vehicle about 5 years ago and they were great.
Also, I’ve seen them at the overland expo shows in the US.

We are using Thomas at FabHabs to design our habitat. He has been a pleasure to work with. He is designing all the systems. However, we still need to put it all together.

They are not found in North America.
However, that does not mean you could not get them serviced it just means genuine Iveco parts may need to be imported and expensive.
I recommend contacting Iveco directly and asking them about service in North America.

We use this Lockrack system on our car and on our surf rig. It can attach directly to the t-slot on modern roof racks. Not sure if it would attach to other t-slots. It locks the board on and is actually quite flexible in how you configure it. The big arms can lock 3 boards pretty easily...
I was thinking of replacing the locks on my hatches with these. Keyed like the ignition key. Not sure if they would be more secure.

Did they give you a date?
If, let’s say, I bought the truck and choose to part it out does that count as leaving the country?
Just scratching my head.
I’m here in Mexico and we have MAN trucks available. Lots of MAN buses too. I wonder if I could import it and actually get it fixed.
