Making a sleeper for my pickup. Like I said different. Can't use a normal rv door because its not going to be that tall. Probably going to be 2" square tube steel skinned with FRP and foamed between tubes. Would love to use Nidacore instead because then I could ditch most of the tube structure...

Hi all new guy here. My project is a bit different from what you guys are donig as its on road only. My problem is an entry door. I need one roughly 4' tall. Final size has not been determined yet. I am open to any suggestions you may have.
