I have a GasOne 15K BTU and it rocks. Super simple and heats well. IIRC it was $25 on Amazon. I'm sure the trump tariffs have changed that price to cost us American's more dollars. Kovea - no mention on my brief google about BTU output.

Charge from what? I use a MPPT to charge from solar panels and a 120VAC power supply to charge from the grid. I do not charge from 12VDC, but if I did I would use a 10A (min) constant current / voltage, boost/buck.

wouldn't that be like unplugging the panels at night? Pretty sure they are all equipped with backflow diodes.
