That looks great. I'm on the limits of clearance fully stuffed lock to lock. If I push the axle forward 1/2" I can probably fit 42's. If I had to do it all over again I'd probably go 20x9 with 20mm(ish) of offset. Looking down the side of the truck my tires are right at the edge of the flares...

17x8.5R17 3.5"BS/-32 offset. It looks perfect but 4"BS/-19 offset would have better fender clearance. I don't get any rubbing though.

Did someone force you to buy a specific offset wheel?

Thuren full suspension and 40's.

Have you looked through the Accupower 1-8? Typically that power range has an unforgiving eye box, not to mention big weight penalty, but Trijicon did a good job with this scope. Its heavy but still close to the Shortdot. 224Val sucks, it's a swing and a miss. 6mm or 6.5mm Val is a much better...

You can't regear the 1500's, you're stuck with what it has from the factory. As with almost all of AEV's lifts, you can buy a better lift for the money.

The HC runs about 13psi but will reliably handle 20psi. The Big Gas should handel about the same with forged pistons, HC lifters/cam, and studs. Imagine the torque of a Cummins with a 5500 RPM redline and 500 less pounds over the front axle.
