GFC does have the panel stiffeners, but I believe they epoxy them on. Rivets by design fill the hole they are in and create a somewhat seal. I have not had any water coming through.

I've got a short roof rack in the works that should act as a nice wind deflector. I thought about building a fairing off of the camper, but it would already have so much overhang I shelved that thought.

Thanks for the support, plh! Yeah those aluminium hinges work fantastic. They create the perfect amount of space for that bulb seal and are plenty strong. I used some plastic hinges at first but it was clear they would not hold up, so I switched to the aluminium and adjusted the spreadsheet...

The sum shown in the spread sheet is accurate, though it didn't include any tax or shipping as those are variable for each person.

as in the spaceframe? That would significantly increase the overall cost and with the angles in the frame that isn't really feasable anyway.

The tracks and the cord end at each corner, I didn't bend them.

I don't have a pic of that, but those tracks holding the canvas go right up to the corner
